Let it Happen

Cabin Fever!

So as you know i play softball here at the college and the worst part about playing an outdoor sport is having to practice in the gym. I think that at this point on campus everyone is ready for spring break which is in about two weeks and i cannot wait! We are actually flying out to Florida here soon, oh and not to be confused with Flo Rida, i know an easy mistake! 

Anyways, so in preparing for spring break it’s been a tradition for us girls on the team to go tanning before we leave. Our general excuse is, “When we get down there we don’t want to get burnt!” Which is just a lame excuse for me to look better than my pale roommate.

So from today it is 14 days and counting till we leave and if anyone hasn’t caught on, I’m extremely excited about this!  The only down fall is that i will miss my new favorite television show LOST. It airs on ABC at 9 pm. If you’re looking to watch a good show, but i would recommend watching the seasons online! 

So playing a sport and dealing with school is defiantly  harder than it was in high school. College is more fast pace, and i even remember my first time as a Freshman running around like a chicken with it’s head cut off. WORD OF ADVICE! when you go into college buy a $2.38 yearly calendar the big desk kind at Wal*Mart, and write out all your class schedules, practice times, campus events, etc. Trust me it’s basically like God to me: A life saver.
